On : 12.2.6 Field Service Third Party Admin Portal
When a third party 'supplier contact' is attempting to do a 'Parts return' in the Third Party Administrator Portal page the following error occurs.

Execution of procedure process_order failed because the following unexpected errors occurred: Cause: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("PO"."PO_REQUISITION_HEADERS_ALL"."PREPARER_ID"). Action: Please contact your technical representative.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to third party admin portal
2. Select 'Parts return'
3. When trying to return a part the error occurs.
