Symptoms

 On 12.1.3 iProcurement Requisition Approvals

When submitting an internal requisition for approval the following error occurs

ERROR

The Approval List could not be generated. Contact your System Administrator to review the configuration of AME rules

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. Nav > iProcurement > Shop
2. Search for Internal Item
3. Enter Requisition Details > Approval Listl
4. The error is returned
