As part of Carrier Connect XL 3.0 Changes, After applying patches needed to use the 3.0 version of RateWare XL and Carrier Connect, Even if Carrier Connect returns a reply "No available transit information found" for a particular Lane, OTM still calculates Transit Time during Shipment Planning as well as Show Routing Options.
