R12: Terminated Employees Cannot Be Added To Resources/Assignments (Doc ID 2609159.1)

Goal

Terminated employees cannot be added to resources but they are valid only during the project period.  Therefore all information is not correct on the projects.

One suggestion is to make the employee active, then add/save the resource assignment, and then terminate the employee again.
