COGS Recognition is calculation incorrectly

The COGS recognition is calculating incorrectly. It looks like some of the accounting is doubling.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Run COGS Recognition requests, Lot Cost Process, Cost Update (in Draft), OPM Preprocessor, and Create Accounting (in Draft)
