Not Able To Create Formula Recurring Rournals Through Summary Templates for multiple ledgers (Doc ID 2609714.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create recurring journals,
Recurring journals have been created but with wrong Credit (CR) and Debit (DR) amounts.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
------------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to General Ledger Responsibility
2. Journals --> Define --> Recurring
3. Setup the recurring journal formula as below.

Line 1
Rule 1: Enter: Ledger 1.code_combinaiton1..
Rule 2: +: Ledger 2.code_combination2...
Rule 3: * 1

Line 2
Rule 1: Enter: Ledger 1.code_combination1..
Rule 2: +: Ledger 2.code_combination2...
Rule 3: * -1

4. Click on Generate button to generate the Recurring Journals

5. Check the Cr and Dr amounts.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Recurring Journals should be created with same CR and DR amounts with different sign as per the above setup.

if code_combinaiton1 in ledger1 having balance 10 and

code_combinaiton2 in ledger2 having balance 15.

Then Journal should be created with debit amount as 25 and credit amount as -25.



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,Users unable to create Recurring Journals with proper amounts.
