Incorrect Tax calculated in Requisition

When Preparer or Requester tries to change quantity and price, tax is calculated automatically but with the wrong amount. This confuses preparer because they always see the wrong approval amount of Requisition and then they don't submit Requisition for submission.

The workaround is to change tax code and then save and then again change tax code and then submit Requisition


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create non Catalog Requisition
2) Add a line to shopping cart
3) Edit Requisition, Approval list generated and tax calculation shows correct
4) Update Quantity and price and tax amount got calculated incorrectly
