ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Find that when creating manual receipt, streams are not being limited when adding them to the allocation criteria using Future Pay.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The streams should be limited to only the streams that are used on the contract.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a manual receipt in OLFM
2. Navigate to the allocation criteria
3. Choose future Pay
4. Use the stream type LOV to choose the stream and it shows all streams and not limited to streams on the contract.
