Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version, Receiving Functions

When attempting to Receive blanket release OSP Item through HTML Web page,
the following error occurs.

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Oracle Applications
2. Create Blanket Release for OPM Item
3. Create and Release Batch
4. Run Req Import Program
5. Inventory > Inbound > Receiving
6. Select Directed in Actions and Confirm
7. Receive and get the error
