Symptoms

Actual Behavior
Sales Order line with future scheduled ship date has been pick released on current date. In addition, in pick release rule form, scheduled ship date has been set as : End within = 0 day, time = 23:59:59.

Expected Behavior
Future scheduled ship date line shall not be pick released

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Unable to reproduce this issue.
