Symptoms
On 11.5.10.2 version hen attempting to open PO Form from approval notification using the Open Link Document
the following error occurs.
ERROR
ORA-00911: Invalid Characters
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Open Document link on PO notification
2. Error above is raised by the system when opening the PO Form
