Unable To Find AR Transaction In AR Receipt Applications Form (Doc ID 2611066.1)

User has created AR Transaction ABC which is open status , however unable find this transaction list of values when applying to the receipt.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Query receipt
2. Click on the LOV to find the transaction
3. Transaction does not show
