Goal

Q1 When searching for a service request using particular task numbers ( tasks of 'Arrival' or 'Departure' type), the service request opens, but the task is not displayed under Tasks tab. What might be causing this?

Q2 What my be causing the soft deletion of tasks of 'Arrival' or 'Departure' type?
