Movement Statistics Showing Incorrect Amount For Intercompany Drop Ship Order Lines With Split Deliveries (Doc ID 2611884.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 26, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Supply Chain Globalization - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Movement Statistics Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Movement statistics issue with intercompany drop ship order lines shows double the amount  when the delivery was split into two lines (half quantity on each)

Example -
Order qty 10 - Invoice amount 1000
Delivery #1 - Qty 5 - Movement record M1 - Shows Amount 1000
Delivery #2 - Qty 5 - Movement record M2 - Shows Amount 1000

Expect amount to show 500 on each line, in accordance with the quantity shipped on delivery.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create and book Intercompany drop ship order > Pick release and ship confirm on two deliveries (half the qty on each)
2. Run movement statistics processor > Review movement amount -- See that the complete invoice amount shows on both lines, this is incorrect.
As the quantity was split into two deliveries and shipped, the invoice amount should also be split accordingly on both lines.
