Credit Card Refunds Are Failing: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 48 (Doc ID 2611891.1)

Symptoms

Remittance program is not able to process refunds receipts.

When processing credit card refunds they are failing with the following error:


ERROR

IBY_40000: SQLException occurred: Missing IN or OUT parameter at index:: 48

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Oracle Receivables User
2. Run Automatic Remittance program to process refund receipts
