On : 12.1.3 version, Subledger Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When running the "OPM Accounting Pre processor " for all sources
There is no "GL cost Allocation" event type in this form!


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
There should be GL cost allocation event types 

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Run OPM Accounting preprocessor
2.Run Create accounting
3.Check accounting Journals



Changes

 There is a update or change in the cost or a new transaction
