Symptoms
Bursting to Email using SMTP over SSL/TLS Server Fails with an Error like below:
"530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first."
Patch 28029438 BI-PUBLISHER 10G RE-HOSTING ROLL-UP PATCH FOR E-BUSINESS SUITE 12.2.X (containing the fix for Bug 22312109: CONFIGURE OF XDODELIVERY.CFG FILE FOR TLS AUTHENTICATION IN EBS FOR BI PUBLISHER) was already applied in order for SSL/TLS SMTP server to be supported in XML Publisher.
