Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
Purchase Order Form Hangs when adding the new line to existing blanket PO that has more than 2000 lines and hitting on save button.

STEPS
-------------------
1. Login to the E-Business Suite and choose the Purchasing Module.
2. Navigate to Purchase Orders -> Purchase Orders
3. Query up existing PO
4. Click on Lines tab, and click into Lines form
5. Click NEW button to create new Line
6. Add Item number and tab out to get default values
7. Click Save
8. Form hangs and does not come back

Due to this issue, users cannot add new lines to existing BPA that has more than 2000 lines
