Plans Copied from Another Instance not Available to Assign with Administrator Plan Security Enabled (Doc ID 2613437.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:


After using the plan copy process to transfer plans from one instance to another, the plans are available and active but they are not available to assign under Super Administrator Plan Security.

 

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Compensation Workbench Administrator

  2.  Navigate to the Administer Plan Access Page
     
  3.  Search Responsibility

  4. Search Plans to assign but expected plans are not returned.
