Error From Order Management When Processing Ship and Return Line on Logistics Tab (Doc ID 2613440.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Logistics Management

When attempting to process logistic lines for a third-party repair,
the following error occurs.

Error raise from calling OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Line API


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Teleservice responsibility
2. Create a new service order
3. When try to process the logistic lines the reported error occurs

In Service Orders form > Logistics tab > the following error occurs when try
to process a new Ship/Return line and Order is not created:

Error raise from calling OE_ORDER_PUB.Process_Line API

Tried opening the SR directly from SR form, go to Charges tab and submit
charges. More detailed error message reported.
"Error message from Order Management- Validation failed for the field- End
Customer Location "
When customer uses same customer , bill to , ship to address on service
request header and on logistics line , then it works. But when they use
end-customer location, it fails in validation.
