Field Service Technician Portal: Parts Return Page Does Not Display Serial Numbers In Drop-Down List (LOV) (Doc ID 2613487.1)

Symptoms

FSTP - Parts Return:

In Field Service Technician Portal (FSTP), when trying to do a Part Return, the Serial Number LOV is empty. It does not show which Serial Number is being returned.

Expected Behavior:

The expectation is that the serial number field will show serial numbers of the item that is being returned.

Steps:

(R) Field Service Technician Portal

 - Select parts return.
 - Query a serial controlled item  (Condition = Available)
 - Select the 'Show' button to view each item.

 =>Each item is shown but the serial numbers are NULL.
