On : 12.2.8 version, Warr/Ext.Warranty Integration
When attempting to run the Service Contract Order Processing Program having Service items, the following error occurs.

Request ID : 120539201; OKC_CONTRACTS_UNEXP_ERROR (SQLcode=-6502)
(SQLerrm=ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number conversion error);
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Add-on Order containing both a Subscription Line and a Service Line
2. Run the Reprocess Order program for just this order successfully processed the Subscription line but resulted in an error for the Service Line
The error appears.
