Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

941 Form showing number of employees, about half of the population instead of the full count.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the number of employees that were active on the 12th of the month.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager

2. Submit Process & Reports > Submit Quarterly Tax Return Worksheet (Form 941 - PDF)
