ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Bill of Lading (BOL) number is populated on the Delivery - Detail - Descriptive Flex Field (DFF), but that BOL is not being brought over to the rcv_shipment_headers.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Bill of Lading (BOL) number to show in the Manage Shipments form
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create internal requisition and internal sales order
2. Ship confirm sales order and enter the Bill of Lading (BOL) number in the Delivery Detail DFF
3. Open Manage Shipments form and see that the BOL number is null
