Service HTML: Problem And Resolution Codes - Need the Same Search Capability as in Forms (Doc ID 2614498.1)

In TeleService (Forms), Problem Code and Resolution Code fields have a LOV that is searchable and you can narrow the search down by putting in some information.
However, in the HTML Agent Dashboard, the Problem and Resolution codes are both drop-down lists and users are unable to perform a search.

Is it possible to also have the LOV's that are searchable in Service HTML?
