When attempting to access the Scheduler Workbench, the following error occurs.
Failed to connect to a TCF SocketServer on host http://xxxxxxxx
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Access Enterprise Asset Management responsibility
2. Navigate to Work Order Planning => Scheduler Workbench
3. Pick and inventory organization
