On : 12.1 HRMS RUP11 version, Data Removal Tool

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Title not obfuscated in fullname, global name, local name in per_all_people_f, per_drt_add_persons

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The title will also be obfuscated when using the Data Removal Tool.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. HRMS Manager
2. DRT Tool
3. Global name not obfuscated.
