Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Standard Cost Process

When attempting to run Actual Cost Process,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
Prior Inventory period has not been closed. Cannot proceed.


STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run actual cost process
2. Found the error.
