Import Price Catalogs is Not Updating Expiration Date and Effective Date on Quotation When the Price is Updated (Doc ID 261578.1)

Symptoms

When trying to UPDATE fields QUANTIY and UNIT_PRICE on a Catalog Quotation using the PDOI, the interface is not updating the corresponding EXPIRATION_DATE and EFFECTIVE_DATE fields. Instead it is adding new Quotation Lines rather than updating the existing lines.

SQL queries show that new lines are being added to the quotations, rather than existing lines getting updated. User is attempting to also update EFFECTIVE_DATE and EXPIRATION_DATE while updating the price.
