Ship From Org Is Displaying Inactive Organization in Processing Rule Setup Form (Doc ID 2615915.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.2.6 version, RLM Rules Issues

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Application allows users to create the Release Management's Processing Rules for the Inventory Organization which is either Inactive or Release Management Responsibility does not have the access to the Inventory Organization

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Application should not allow to create the Release Management's Processing Rules for the Inventory Organization which is either Inactive or Release Management Responsibility does not have the access to the Inventory Organization.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Inactivate the Organization via following navigation:

>> Login to Oracle Applications
>> Go to Inventory Management Responsibility
>> Navigate to MENUPATH > Setup > Organizations
>> Click on Organizations. This will open the Find Organizations window.
>> Query the Organization (For Example Organization "A")
>> Under the Dates Section, Enter the To Date as Yesterday's Date.
>> Save the Changes.

2. Now, Test whether it comes in Processing Rule Setup form, this can be checked via following navigation:

>> Go to Release Management Responsibility
>> Navigate to MENUPATH > Setup > Processing Rules
>> Click on Processing Rule.
>> This will open the Find Processing Rule window.
>> Click on New Button.
>> Under the Ship From Organization Section, Select the Organization "A". It gets Selected though it is inactive as on Today.

3. Remove the Organization Access via following navigation:

>> Login to Oracle Applications
>> Go to Inventory Management Responsibility
>> Navigate to MENUPATH > Setup > Organizations
>> Click on Organization Access.
>> Remove the Access for Organization "A" for Release Management responsibility..
>> Save the Changes.
>> Now, Navigate to MENUPATH > Setup > Organizations
>> Click on Organizations. This will open the Find Organizations window.
>> Query the Organization (For Example Organization "A")
>> Under the Dates Section, Remove the To Date.
>> Save the Changes.

4. Now, Test whether it comes in Processing Rule Setup form, this can be checked via following navigation:

>> Go to Release Management Responsibility
>> Navigate to MENUPATH > Setup > Processing Rules
>> Click on Processing Rule.
>> This will open the Find Processing Rule window.
>> Click on New Button.
>> Under the Ship From Organization Section, Select the Organization "A". It gets Selected though it is not there in Organization Access List for Release Management responsibility.
