ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Print friendly Button opens blank page when accessed from Service Request form Workbench Tab


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Print friendly Button to open page with relevant details

WHAT IS WORKING
------------------------
Print friendly Format is working in log notes


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications
2. Go to Service responsibility
3. Navigate to Create Service Request form
4. Query for service request
5.Go to Workbench tab and click Print Friendly Button
