ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customs Authority supplier not appearing in Tax Authority LOV in Tax Regime setup form.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customs Authority supplier should appear in Tax Authority LOV in Tax Regime setup form.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define a supplier with type as 'India Customs Authority'.
2. Navigate to Oracle Financials for India responsibility > Tax Configuration > Define Regime.
3. Click on 'Tax Authority' LOV.
4. Observe that customs authority supplier is not appearing in LOV.
