Tax balance adjustment was done and costing segments were added to the balance adjustment screen. When Costing ran for the balance adjustment, it is going into suspense account instead of the account entered on the balance adjustment screen.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Tax Balance Adjustment with costing segments defined
2. Run Costing. Check results and the account is the suspense account.
