Service Order Status Is Not Updated Automatically After Shipping Logistics Lines

On 12.2.7 - Logistics Management
The Service order status is not changing to 'Shipped' when the logistics lines are shipped.
Profile option 'CSD: Default Service Order Status After Final Shipping' is set to 'Shipped' and 'CSD: Default Service Order Status After Receiving' is set to 'Received'
When the logistics line is received the Service order status is updated to Received. But when the ship logistics line is 'Shipped' the Service order status does not change
Once the repaired item is shipped and the logistics line status changes to Shipped the Service Order status should change to 'Shipped' automatically.
