Symptoms

This is an applied Credit Memo with Rules.

When Revenue recognition is run, only the postable REC/UNEARN/TAX rows are generated in the ra_cust_trx_line_gl_dist_all table.  Postable REV/UNEARN rows do not generate.

When reviewing the applied transaction, it also is only created with postable REC/UNEARN/TAX rows in the ra_cust_trx_line_gl_dist_all table.  There are no postable REV/UNEARN rows existing.
