ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

No rows returned on Transaction Monitor Page for the Employee 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected to fetch the transactions of the logged in person's owned transactions. 


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Employee Self Service -> Transaction Monitor

2. Query for Pending Approval Records

No row returned.
