Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
CIP Assets that have been capitalized are receiving additional transactions when running FA - Inflation Adjustment for Argentina

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
CIP Assets that have been capitalized to receive only one adjustment when running FA - Inflation Adjustment for Argentina

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Capitalize a CIP asset.
2. After it has depreciated, run FA - Inflation Adjustment for Argentina
3. Duplicate adjustments can appear for a single period for each CIP Asset.
