When enabled lightweight Polish language, getting fdxmlcrc failed due to ORA-01403 error on Master Items

the following error occurs.

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
  Enabled lightweight Polish language in Production. Since that time users on Master Items form, specifically users in Brazil using Brazilian Portuguese language are getting the error in the attached screenshot.
