RACUST Customer Interface Still Shows Customer Reference Errors, After Patch 2394483 Has Been Applied (Doc ID 261886.1)

Symptoms

The Customer Interface concurrent process completes with errors.
The Errors are:

You cannot associate a customer reference with different parties in the HZ_PARTIES table. Please update the customer reference so that it only refers to one party.

This error occurs even after the application of <patch 2394483> (ONE-OFF CONTI ... VALIDATION FOR ORIG_SYSTEM_PARTY_REF VS ORIG_SYSTEM_CUSTOMER_REF).

The Customer Interface Transfer Report verifies that the error message reported, occurs when running Customer Interface.
