Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5.33.5 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Non-BOM models which are referenced by 200+ models had their User Interface (UI) randomly corrupted in Production Oracle Configurator Developer (OCD) instance. The UI was deleted by the Oracle Refresh UI program during normal model maintenance activities.  The user clicked "Refresh UI" button on model in OCD.

WORKAROUND:
Only available workaround is to rebuild the impacted User Interfaces. This case required 4 days of work by experienced model developers to rebuild.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the UI to not be corrupted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Oracle Configurator Developer Responsibility,
2) Navigate to the Configurator Developer Repository,
3) Find the model in question,
4) click 'Refresh UI' button,
5) Error message appears.
