Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Workflow Mailer

WF Notifications - Request Information buton is not working

In workflow notification system generate button "Message not found. Application: FND, Message Name: WF_MORE_INFO_BUTTON." instead of "Request Information".
In such a case button is not working and functionality Request information is failed.
