The Depot Depair Service Order Form Does Not Create A Service Order Even Though The Form Says 'Successfully Created' (Doc ID 2619364.1)

On : 12.2.8  Repair Order Management

When creating a service order from the HTML 'Create Service Order' page the
service order does not get created even though the form says 'Successfully created' after saving.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the 'Create service order' page
2. Enter account
3. Enter item , qty and service type = Standard  (Use personalizations to display the service type field)
4. Click process.
5. Message is displayed that says 'service order successfully created..
6. Click 'view recently created service orders'  the order is not found.
   Check Depot workbench form.   The service order is not created..   Also checked CSD_REPAIRS.  The service order was not created..
