Why does the Task Scheduler (Search and Schedule Tasks Automatically) concurrent program not follow Contract Coverage Date/Time parameters defined in the Service Contracts when scheduling Tasks?

For example:
A task is being scheduled on the weekend Sat/Sunday but the Contract coverage is defined with coverage for Mon-Fri / 8:00-17:00
