Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Migration Issues 11i to R12

When attempting to migrate from Release 11 to Release 12
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ORA-20001: Definition of category set Inventory, assigned to functional area Inventory, does not have a default category specified.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Migration from R11 to R 12
2. Run GMIG3MIB.sql
