Mobile App "Maintenance For EBS" And "Approvals" Not Working On IPhone XS/XR

On : 12.2.6 version
In mobile phone, latest iOS, the mobile app for EAM "Maintenance for EBS" is not working. It displays "Oracle" Login screen and then a blank white screen.
Even "License Agreement Page" is not displayed. This is with the latest version of app available on App Store(1.7.0).
It works on Android phone and iPhone6. Even with iPhone7+(iOS12.1), we are getting blank screen.
This is similar to the issue we reported earlier "SR 3-17881618851 : Mobile App "Maintenance for EBS" not working on Android 8.0".
Mobile App "Maintenance for EBS" should work on iPhone XS/XR
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use iPhone XS/XR.
2. EAM "Maintenance for EBS" displays "Oracle" Login screen and then a blank white screen.
