Rollback depreciation errors with:

Depreciation for BOOK has failed. Please rerun depreciation.
Error: function fa_chk_booksts_pkg.faxcds returned failure.

Or

Depreciation Run errors with:

APP-OFA-48396:  Program exited with errors:
ORA-00054:  resources busy and acquire with NOWAIT specific or timeout expired
Error:  function FA_CHK_BOOKSTS_PKG.faxlck returned failure


A mass transaction is pending for this book. Please complete it and try again.
Failed to obtain lock on FA_BOOK_CONTROLS row for book XXXX
