Accessgate Deployment Completed But Getting Error Messages In Managed Server Log File In EBS 12.1.3 (Doc ID 2620563.1)

Symptoms

Integrating EBS 12.1.3 with OAM11g via Note 2045154.1 - Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.1 With Oracle Access Manager 11gR2 (11.1.2)

Installation and Accessgate deployment completed successfully, however, the following error is found in the EAG managed server log file:
EBS login page is also not re-directing to OAM console.
