Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Schedule Advice

When attempting to schedule a task in Assisted mode in Schedule Advice,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The request SearchAssistedooptions did not complete


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a Service Request
2. Create a Task
3. Press the Assignee button and the Advice screen will come up
