Supplier Item Id With '+' Displayed AsSspace ' ' In iProcurement After Punch Out (Doc ID 2620879.1)

Symptoms

Version 12.1.3 iProcurement

Supplier Part Number with + symbol dropped from part number while punching
out from supplier sites.

In FND debug log, it shows the ItemID the end '+' replaces with space ' '.


STEPS
--------------------
In iProcurement responsibility:
1. Go to iProcurement Home page
  - Click Supplier punchout store
2. In Supplier site, add item that has '+' in description
  - Added to shopping
  Supplier part number shown with '+'
3. Now come back to iProcurement
  -Supplier Item number shown without '+'

EXPECTED RESULTS

  In iProcurement, Supplier Item number shown with '+'
