Displaying Wrong Location Number in View Data Case Folder Page (Doc ID 2621082.1)

For Customers with multiple Sites, the Location on the Sales Order is not the same Location that appears on the Case Folder when it is created in Credit Management.

In some cases, the Location is the Identifying Address, but this may not always be the case.

During a review of the TCA Analyzer, that the Location numbers come from different sources -

    1. Location on the Case Folder is the Party Site Number
         This number comes from HZ_PARTY_SITES table - PARTY_SITE_NUMBER column

    2. Location on the Order Site Use ID which ties to the Location Number
         This number comes from the HZ_CUST_SITE_USES_ALL table - SITE_USE_ID column.
